Has he ever worked for Marcone? Was too ethically sleazy for Marcone to deal with?

I figure Binder and Kincaid must have met at least once. Have they ever worked on the same job? Or maybe Kincaid found some way to be a more effective troll with the spirits Binder summons?

Maybe he's met Elaine. I'm not sure what would happen, but that could be an interesting fill...
